Live/Work Building Company offers a small number of apartments in the Clark's Grove neighborhood. Our newest addition is The Carroll Building, featuring four one-bedroom/one-bath and six two-bedroom/two-bath apartments. 

CONDOMINIUMS

We built The Blue Hill Building on Hunt Street in phase 1 of Clark's Grove. The Swann Building features eleven, one-level, luxury condominiums in phase 2 of Clark's Grove.
